He chopped and fried his NAFLD (Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver) syndrome, Pre-diabetes symptom, Hyperlipidemia (Medodushti in Sanskrit), and Sacroiliitis and fed it to the dogs. Great transformations show up in the blood and it's for all of you to see and figure out :)

SYNOPSIS -
"I feel awful when I can't even bend down to tie up my shoe strings because of my protruding waist (now you know the reason for the title of this article :)). Biju, I want to get back in shape and be an inspiration for my kid.
I just wanna feel good about myself!", these were the words and emotions that geared him up for his transformation. The VEDAH program ensured that bending down made him feel victorious!! :)
SCIENCE OF SIGNS -
A case of the dual dosha Pitta-Vata in Ayurveda; the Pitta constituent aggravated inflammation inside his GI tract (Nidana in Sanskrit), which lead to excess toxins (Ama in Sanskrit) inside his visceral organs.
The untimely and unhealthy dietary habits aggravated the Vata dosha inside his large intestine, which lead to toxin formation and an eventual fat and bloated abdomen. A fatty liver lead to hyperlipidemia and low testosterone level that were
eating away muscle tissue and which, lead to lethargy.

. Erratic schedule due to extreme job pressure
METHOD -
. Alleviate GI tract inflammation by reducing the Pitta dosha and subsequent bowel cleansing to improve food absorption and assimilation.
. Alleviate the Vata dosha to overcome issues with the nervous system including Sacroiliitis.
. Activate the Leydig cells to increase testosterone production naturally.
. Improve the glycogen storage ability of the liver with drop-set form of workouts to improve insulin sensitivity in the body.
. Introduce basic lifestyle modifications and hacks.
APPARATUS -
. Use herbs like Triphala for regular bowel cleansing to eliminate toxins (Ama in Sanskrit) from the GI tract and the Thyroid gland. The body up-regulates fat accumulation in the subcutaneous and visceral regions to store
toxins and hence, ensure that they don't leech out into the blood stream.
. Use Organic Ghee along with Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera), Shilajit (40% Fulvic acid), and some other herbs to improve Liver metabolism, activate the Leydig cells, and improve the Lipid profile.
. Specialized workouts to induce muscle growth.
. Improve the resting metabolic rate (RMR). A Pitta reducing diet played that part well.
. Up-regulate bio-synthesis of co-enzyme Q10 with Vit. B supplementation in the body to increase the RMR.
. Incorporate drop-set workouts and high intensity interval training (HIIT) immediately followed by Pranayama to reduce Cortisol levels.
The steady bouts of pain initially metamorphosized into pills of determination..and boy, he was on a heavy prescription :) He just proved that someone can play the role of Maverick better
than Tom Cruise himself!!! :)
